I've said this before; If it's not Tengu they made a terrible move. Fans have been asking for Tengu for a year now. The fact that they put Ein in Ultimate but not Tengu makes it even worse.

I love Rachel. She's fine to me.

Basically, other characters have parts of her (if that makes sense). Rachel has her moves, Mila has a similar personality. I don't think she will fit in with the rest of the roster now. Of course, she never did but now it will be even worse.
