Outside of the United States football (not to confuse with European football) isn't that popular, so I wonder, why they would make a football costume set... With all the bulky armor it will be really hard to make that graphically work for fighters as well, I guess.

Tecmo Bowl is one of the most popular games of Tecmo. It's a sort of homage to their producer.

Can we just get some original costumes that aren't cheesy themes.
TN logic: No customisation to preserve the integrity of characters personalities... Makes themed outfits that are irrelevant to 90% of the casts personalities.

Each character should represent a different activity then.

I don't think they will find more inspiration for bikinis. Christie, Tina and Lisa won't, at least. 3 colors swaps/1 racing outfit = "we don't have more bikinis in stock".
Can we expect some leaks this weekend maybe ?

The racing costumes were actually pretty great. Too bad none of my favorite characters got them.
Anyways with TN you never know. And Hayate does need an archery costume. I mean, what else is he gonna do with that bow. :|

No no, I like these costumes too. But these were not bikini (like Helena, Kasumi, Lei Fang and the rest). Probably because they don't like the rest of Tina's, Lisa's and Christie's collection. That's why they ended up with so many recolors in DOA5 Vanilla.
It's a shame, because... Lisa, Tina, Christie.
