So you're judging a tier list off what you see and not what the character can or can not do? Who are these Eliot players that you and "others" see? You make a tierlist based up facts and matchup's, not what you see. You have Kasumi higher than Phase 4 so I have to question this tier list lol.

What lack of speed are you referencing? His movement is good, and his attack speed is great. i9 stun, i10 jab, i13 mid, and i13 that's -1 which is fine because his 7p will stuff out jab attempts since it does more damage. As far as his linear attacks, that's the whole point of his long strings...

Sakura sucks because she can't get in. In SF4 you could end all her combos in mp/hp shouken that allowed for a safe jump into pressure/frametraps or link into crouching roundhouse hard knockdown, not to mention her stun/corner carry/tatsu loops made her a threat. She can't do any of that in SFV...
