Yeah, I don't play offline much anymore because of time constraints but when I do play online, whether it's DBFZ or Tekken it's always this bullshit and it really deters me from fighting games altogether lol. If I want to play video games now it's mostly just single players or FPS

Those are not comparable lol. If I down grabbed someone with Tina the neutral game is reset and my opponent had the option to wakeup kick. 5U Rachel, if the stomp landed I was +, if the stomp whiffed I was still +. I would gladly be down grabbed by Tina for the shit damage it does and a reset...

Except in SF you have options and that only really only applied to being cornered. Rachel had access to her + stomp anywhere if she launched you.

Yeah, vanilla Rachel was insanely op; I even found myself playing her.
