That's also a reason but if you're mostly seeing Acolyte trials it's probably just people that like her or want her outfits or both.

People may be using her to unlock her outfits. That's the only reason I use her.

DID should skip this year. There's honestly no way I can make that and the rest of the tournaments. I'm going to have to be choosy as it is and DID has a tendency of wildly varying when it takes place.

She's a desk jockey (literally, she sits at a desk in the middle of the arena) and throws office tools at people. She's a pure zoning character but is helpless if someone gets behind her.

They drove that into the ground, though. And the releases were really just done in time with the arcade revisions. Here we're talking about one update and with the next generation around the corner it would almost have to be the last.

DoA5+ has a feature that allows you to toggle stage or character themes. Not the same but a step in the right direction. Customization for characters, beyond what they give us, is highly unlikely. I'm actually not too sure on adding story content but maybe arcade endings or something can return.

TFC is a lock for me. I will definitely be there short of some sort of emergency coming up. I'll also be trying to make SJ and NEC but I can't make promises on them just yet. SJ is awfully close to EVO and my wallet might need a break.

Hard to say for sure. Likely will get left out of the festivities if it's not DLC. Maybe an updated release, though. Most of the ground work is there.
