Not sure that I understand the question entirely but if you mean no button prompt comes up, yes that's the case. To be fair you could hit Y/Triangle in 3 to instantly complete them as well and ignore the prompts. Most of what people called QTE in 3 actually wasn't.

    DOA5+ for PS Vita

This game isn't meant to replace our console copies. It's mostly a training aid for a lot of us and it'll work swimmingly for that purpose, tag or no. You're kidding yourself if you think you'll play it at home beyond the first day, honestly, and you're not gonna be going online while traveling...

Not really since everything does a set amount of damage against all enemies. The only random factor is de-limbing or SoB and even that's completely separate from Ryu. Fighting games have all of that too but there's still no way of changing it in most of them. Same idea here. In the first game...

My problem with it is only theoretical; I dislike the idea that stats impact the outcome of a fight in an action game. That's pretty much my only issue.

Use Lunar to fight the horses, not the bow. You can get behind them and hit them a few times and then retreat. Once you kill the circling archers you can use UT at your leisure to kill the direct attacking ones. As for equipment, I don't like the idea of modifying stats. Ninja Gaiden is about...

The games never explain all the uses shuriken have so it's no wonder people aren't aware. I try to educate where I can.

All achievements unlocked once again in DmC. Vergil's Downfall is the best DLC, value wise, that's been released in recent memory.

In most games I'm with you. In Ninja Gaiden, once you get to the point where beating Master Ninja isn't terribly difficult, you kinda have to find new ways to keep things interesting. If you've never tried it, I recommend giving shuriken canceling a shot. You can do some pretty fun and...

Never played anything besides the normal core games and I don't intend to change now. Oddly enough, I've also never cared about collecting any of the Pokemon. I just find the ones I like, get them, and ignore everything else. Tends to make the game a bit too easy, though.

That's the way most people use shuriken. A small portion of us use them to open up new possibilities in combat or to simply keep an enemy floating until we kill them with a juggle. It's not even close to necessary but it does allow for a bit more freedom in combat. Plus it let's you do cool things.

Gave Angelo a pass on the triple post because he's new. Don't do it again though. Quickest way to annoy me. Anyway, RE is launching at only $40 and a pre-release demo is a sign of confidence in the product. I'm fully on board and will definitely be supporting it. @Darrell: Interesting...

It should be better looking, since RE on Wii U was actually a bit weaker looking than the PS3 and 360 original. It'll also come with all of the DLC released so far for both versions and some extra content. Not just a port from the Wii U.

It's only coming a couple of weeks later and you likely won't have full access to all weapons and Ninpo so I wouldn't worry regardless. You have to buy a lot of skills you wouldn't think you would.

Nice. So PSN is Tuesday. Generally TN does releases on Xbox on Tuesday as well so I'm hoping for around 5am Eastern on Live. Good find. Cleaned a few things up and made some edits due to misinterpreting a post.

DmC is very good. Playing through Vergil's Downfall right now actually. That said, NG2 still feels very tight to me so I'm not sure where you're getting the sloppy thing from. The movement is much less floaty than something like MGR and I think it's tighter than Bayonetta too. You're just used...

I can't name drop them because some haven't played. In particular I enjoyed the boss on the carrier, the first boss you fight on the final day, and the boss in the lab. They're more fun when there is a health bar but the carrier one in particular is fun even without it. With the exception of a...
