It is not guarantee, and i mean even the ground throw is not guarantee, the move is tech recoverable, it is just a psuedo guess depending on who your opponent is, if they tech a lot give them a frankenstainer or a rodeo hold. I mentioned :8::P: as best and :1::P: but i'm also missing whiffing...
