If Leon is so loved and requested why does almost nobody use him?? Also, Leon’s nationality have nothing to do with this. Gen fu, Eliot and Brad Wong have a little story going on which Leon, Rachel, Momiji and Ein lack. I personally don’t think Gen should join over Leon, but he most likely will.
