I love how deep they kinda went with her design. Honoka is probably the laziest design of TN. Her entire appearance and movesets are from other existing characters, she really needs to be her own character.

They dont look at popularity, they look at story. Story wise Gen is irrelevant, so irrelevant that they made a character (Eliot) to not make him completely irrelevant.

I think the returning characters are Brad, Eliot Raidou and Gen fu. I hope the returning characters are. Raidou, Momiji, Rachel and Eliot.
