The second he grabs her she can just teleport out of it. Any ninja that can teleport at will can do that in theory. Ayane's particular ninpo takes ages so I don't think that'd be practical for her to use in a fast-paced fight. It is so easy to get off topic on this site

We're not talking about "real life ninja" we're talking about fictional superpowered characters that can teleport and shoot energy out of their hands and move their bodies in crazy ways.
