Used to hate NGS2 because it tonned down the gore,then I played enough of NG2 to satisfy my blood lust so i was able to enjoy Sigma 2,last I was on Master Ninja difficulty on NG and Sigma 2,very hard on on Sigma,and mentor on NG2 aka rocket rape galore!

i remember in the beginning this game had a casual and pro setting that was just for the camera/hit effects.feasibly could TN make it to where this changed all the stats,frame data,etc too? i heard earlier that one game had it to where you could play different versions of the game if they did...

id say give Leon his Deverish throw and just let Bayman keep the Reverse destroyer,they're essentially the same thing and it would allow Leon to keep one of his more signature moves without taking away from Bayman's abilities.

ok lets figure this out pick the moves you want or don't want keep in mind anything Bayman currently has if off limits were trying to cut the ties between them remember besides its not that hard to find an alternate animation
