That can only work if $ony and Micro$oft allow it. Granted, I've heard that M$ is trying to convince $ony to allow for cross platform multiplayer but $ony is reluctant.. I doubt it will happen anytime soon...

I dont know any KOF characters but Im pretty sure theyll only make costumes for Marie, Honoka, Ayane, Kasumi, Hitomi and probably Momiji or Helena (regardless of whether or not the character they would dress up as makes sense)

Sarah and Pai didn't get maid, cheerleader or bunny suits (though Sarah did get a Halloween nurse outfit), those are probably exclusive to the KT owned girls. Mai will likely get a santa, apron and at least one swimsuit.
