If there was such a concept, I imagine it might encompasse doing everything in your power to win while your opponent did the same. In this case it sounds like only the losers were dishonorable.
I didn't even exploit. I just used zone attacks because they are the only thing that works.
Also, everyone bitching about the Nobushi player is a bitch themselves.
In older games the music files were glorified .ogg's and you could use a third party program create loop markers so they would work properly. We messed around with that in 2u and 3 to an extent.
I don't personally know how it worked from 4 onward.
Annoyed that this kind of thing happened so easily. ESL has a good system in general but even a good system can become dysfunctional when the human element comes into play and the admins drop the ball so hard.
Apart from the general eye rolling topic of discussion it usually entailed, yes, threats got made and childish behavior ran rampant. Remember that FSD was never meant for that kind of discussion to begin with. Tolerance is not infinite.
Takes a while to master the art of "which height am I getting here?"
Especially difficult for Bayman as launching either too high or too low causes 3K3P+KT juggles to miss. And if there is a shift in environment height? oh dear.
Right there with you. I know you may be doing guest commentary, but why not take off some rust in Luke's upcoming online tourney as well? Thats when I intend to start grinding again.
FF8 is a PS1 game, and while the translation is rough it is far better than the previous games. However, there is no voice acting in that game so its all text. Even as a native speaker, it has some very challenging concepts to understand as far as story goes. That makes it a masterpiece, but...
As a non-native speaker it could be quite challenging, I'm sure. The English translations back then were not so good either, so even then it could be quite confusing because some sentences simply were not correct.
FF8 was a story that couldn't be fully appreciated unless you had been through your college years and could reflect on it as an adult, but with a fantasy setting. Playing it now is kind of a lot more amazing than it was as a kid, but I can see why teens disliked it so much back then.
