Still, it's not like jumping a generation ahead these days. Going from DOA5 and PS3/X360 to DOA6 on PS4/XBO is like nothing changed at all compared to the change between DOA2H and DOA3.

Oh yeah, for sure it's crazy how I was just playing DOA2H, which was released in 2000, and then transitioning to DOA3 which was literally released just a year later in 2001 and seeing the visual leap. The stages are what blow me away the most. But I guess it's a boring game after a few hours...

I liked how Nishitani (of ARIKA) played up his SF origin roots with his SF2 backgrounds, lol. He rarely spoke but when he did it was all about netcode. Apparently Fighting EX Layer is on sale now so check it out. I feel like playing it now but my PS4 is still dead... :/

More than hints, Harada was seriously pushing for it. They were apparently saying different fighting game devs should help lift eachother up and share best practices. This is the kind thing I was hoping for when this stream was announced.

I expected nothing so I'm fine, I'm not surprised. I think no one had any real annoucements planned but maybe NamDai (talking now, we'll see). But I'm still enjoying the stream and I got what I wanted from it to some extent, I just wish they could have talked and answered questions longer.
