Vanilla NG2 had NG+ as well, I rarely used it though, prefer to start fresh with every playthrough

different games, different combo theories, Marvel games (and by extension Battle of the Grid) have very freeform combos compared to most anime fighters; for one hitstun in marvel deteriorates VERY slowly compared to your average anime game, and Marvel tends to have million ways to extend hitstun...

Well, ranked match in not terrible in all fighting games, MK11, SC6, SFV, Samurai Showdown 2019, I actually like how ranked is handled there, but something about Tekken and DOA where mutherfckers just don't know how to act when there's points on the line, it's maddening
