Hey, anybody here know an easy way to get a character to do the 'crawl a short way before stopping' animation when defeated? I'm asking for DOA4, but you know a way to do it in 5 maybe it works too considering many of the basic mechanics are the same...

I'm sure one of them will get up eventually... or otherwise, Mila could crawl over to Momiji and try to put her in an armbar lol.

Or who would have *more* determination, since they both act more determined than most of the other girls (besides Christie and Sarah who don't act that hurt at all).

It's an imaginary scenario... 1 - Both have just lost a match to a different opponent 2 - They are then teleported into a room together while in the middle of their losing animations 3 - They're told to fight and whoever wins will have the loss in their previous match taken off their record...

Who would win if they were told to fight when both of they are in their losing animations lol.

with both of them starting out in their losing animations, since they look like they're trying the hardest out of the all girls besides the ones who don't act too hurt? XD

It actually sort of is in the game, she looks like that immediately after she hits the ground (but sits up right after). Mila can you fight back..? :oops:

I bet she'd at least try to fight back if the opponent attempted to keep beating on her. :cool:

She at least hits the ground which shows more spirit than most of the others.

Their survival after being in so many ryona videos just prove how amazingly tough they are. :D

Taki/Natsu and perhaps Amy/Viola don't look that knocked out, but they do look badly hurt... when their strong little hands stop even trying to defend and just clutch/cover their faces in pain, you know they're in big trouble... :D

Still few of them make the characters look as tough as DOA's though. I guess Natsu/Taki and Viola/Amy's head clutching/face covering in Soul Calibur are the closest as they make them look conscious, but they're still flat on their backs and not propping themselves up like determined badasses.

I like how SC does it for a different reason. It makes them look hurt really badly, and very vulnerable. Virtua Fighter's are traditionally very boring although they've improved.

Considering how much punishment it can take to even get them down that much, it makes them seem like real toughies.

You face her DURING her losing animation and get a million dollars if you make her tap out. Can you do it or do you still get your ass armbarred?
