As long as there are no big differences gameplay wise like input lag or more lag in general on a certain console i dont care. Im not playing DOA for the graphics though...

Don't fighters in general have some kind of input lag on the PS3 as compared to the XBOX360? I think I heard it before about SSF4AE. Even differences in framerate?

No, it's capcom fighters in general that do. Every other fighter is fine. T6 on 360 had the same problems as capcom games on ps3 do.

It's only SF4/SSF4/AE and MvC3/UMvC3 that have it because of Capcom couldn't get the delay right at all. PS3 has 1-2f of delay compared to arcade SF4, 360 is faster than arcade by 1f.

I have the Xbox 360. I have about 12 hours played and have pretty much everything unlocked.

I play on a 55" Samsung LED via HDMI at 1080p and it looks freaking amazing.

I am connected to my router's wireless on the other side of the house- my online play has been nearly flawless. The wait for the average game online is close to instant.

I have installed the game to my hard drive and experience no input lag whatsoever.

My only gripe is that the voice setting keeps getting reset back to English- other than that the whole experience has been without a hitch, completely flawless. 10/10/10

Very glad to hear this, as I have xbox360 + Wireless also, and although I have no problems with VF5FS and SC5 I was wondering how it would go with DOA5 after all that's been said about the netcode.

The 360 version doesn't run at 1080p, the Xbox just has a built-in scaler that the PS3 lacks.

I understand why they do it but it does in fact matter, look at NG3 that came out earlier this year and runs on a similar graphical engine as DOA5. The PS3 version was clearly superior while the 360 version was severely neglected. I'm curious as to what a proper tear-down of both versions will reveal for DOA5.
Oh, ok. Thanks for the info then!

PS3 version has frame delay... like all other fighting games. You can feel it on the main menu :-/.
