And the requirement to get them will be hell, from what I've heard.

At TGS, it was stated that these "rare" costumes - as they call them - are unlocked by clearing the unlockable "Legend" difficulty (the highest unlockable difficulty) in either Time Attack or Arcade (can't remember). What's more, the opponents are random, and you must defeat the opponent when they have this "rare" costume on during gameplay to unlock it. The chances of encountering them are at least 30%.

Hmm.. My friend has the game. He beat Tina wearing that bikini on stage 8/legend difficulty/arcade mode but didn't get the swimsuit. Legend AI is pain in the ass too..

Are these bikinis all the same ? I mean, Tina and Christie just seem to have a different color/pattern, but the bikini seems to be the exact same one.

Bikini's are a nice little gift to the CE buyers, but eh,

IMO, these extra ones aren't worth dedicating game time to.

Check your eyes. Also Christie's Swimsuit looks skimpier I think.

I'll rephrase, the chances of actually unlocking that costume upon encountering and defeating them in that costume are 30%.

It's similar to the chances of encountering the Flan Princesses (Pink Puffs) and getting the Pink Tail to get the Adamantite armor in Final Fantasy 4... except you don't have any items to help boost that chance.

But still, to be able to play Christie in Vampirella's outfit... I'd risk an entire Troll Status Thursday.

Oh okay Seppu, I'm not familiar with DOAX2, thanks for the pics. Well, in that case, these should be nice additions.

Pupi : Like Seppu said, I was talking about Christie and Tina's extra bikinis. :oops:

I don't get why Team Ninja doesn't use these extra bikinis for the promotion. It would totally appeal to new prepubescent players. Hopefully we'll have clean pictures of the other girls. It's really nice for those who don't have money for the DLC/preorder.

I don't see the problem at all. I miss when you actually had to work to unlock things in games before this gen. This is piss easy compared to a lot of the actually difficult and or ridiculous things I've had to do in other games to unlock even minor stuff or something which was just for a bragging right. Replay value added.
