No everyone gets the same thing. Pre Order bunny suits, and the CE bikini's. Nothing more or nothing less.

No one answered this. Can I unlock the sling bikinis for Tina, Christie and Lisa while NOT playing as them in Survival/Arcade/Time Attack¿ For example, playing with Jann Lee but unlocking Tina's bikini.

I read that too a long time ago ("Premium Super-Sexy Costumes for Ayane and Kasumi" is what they were called) but in recent months the CE has always been promoted without those mentioned. I think they just axed that feature, or there was some translation issue with the original reports regarding the content of the CE.

I'm also curious if/when the bunny suits will become DLC. As far as I know, you can only have one half or the other, thus making it impossible to own all costumes, which is quite lame. Was kinda hoping for Day 1 DLC for that, but I guess not.

No, back at E3 they stated that every early copy of the game (standard and CE) would include "Sexy Costumes" for Kasumi and Ayane in the box, and the CE included the 12 "Premium Sexy Costumes" we've seen since then. They have since then never mentioned the "Sexy Costumes" again, so like Brute said, I'm guessing that they were cut.

Not impossible. You could pre-order from both stores, then return one, or buy them on eBay. Either way, I don't believe any date was given regarding their release as public DLC.

Had to have been a translation error, there's no such thing.
