Unfortunately I am not aware of shortcuts of Raidou's moves. However, I do know a few alternative (and perhaps easier) ways of performing certain moves:
(Saifu-Sho a.k.a. EWGF) can also be inputted as , or depending on your preference.
can also be inputted as
can also be inputted as
And every quarter-circle move can be inputted as either or depending on the direction of the quarter-circle (i.e. you can skip the diagonal). But this is a general thing and applies to pretty much any character.
That's all I can think of at the moment. I will update my post once I find more alternative inputs or shortcuts.

236236P is the motion I use for EWGF, it works really well.
I like to use for his slow OH. Generally, you don't really need shortcut for his other moves unless you're on a stiff pad.
