Pretty sure this isn't shown because it's harder to do in this game. In VF5, every time someone is launched by one of Sarah's kicks this move can be done. On here it's hit or miss.

A lot of people assume command training has every single move for practice, so might not look. Besides there's no indicator that says if said move is in command training.
