I took him to ~$200 USD. I couldn't afford higher in the risk of damage during shipping. A year-a-ago me woulda prob taken him to $500 lol.

So, I'm guessing it was just a promotional sort of thing. Do you know anything cool about this item?

I don't know anything about it. I would presume it was a novelty for a celebratory event by Tecmo. They probably paide Suntory to label the bottles after the game or games recently released or deemed a success.

I'm actually going to be returning to the states soon (I'm a college student), so maybe if you see it pop up again on bidding sites you'll know who's selling it bahaha, and you won't have to worry about shipping.

I actually was bidding over what I wanted to pay for it, but I exchanged my yen at a really good rate last summer, and felt like I couldve just went a littttle higher.
