Every swimisuit seems to me a good choice: I love also the new swimsuits with the racing theme, TN made a good work IMO
I surely think that Helena's one is likely too much skimpy, but personally I have to say that between all the sexy swimsuits from DoAX2, the seashell one is always been my favourite one: it's funny how TN was able to guess my tastes about the swimsuits - Kasumi's blue one is very likely my favourite one in absolute - but still not make a return to Ryu's throwback and Helena's opera dress/greek dress so requested by the fans... well I think that I can't complain considering that my loved Ayane's NG1 dress is in the game, but I'm always hoping for the return of these two outfits (and Christie's trenchcoat too).
Sega must be really mad at what TN did to Sarah and Pai.

Theory : Christie, Lisa and Tina god "racing queens" swaps because they already have ultra skimpy legend bikinis in DOA5U.
Not sure about the presence of secret swimsuits in DoA5U, but the first is surely very likely (TN is looking for a balance in the sexy factor XD). However, like i said in the past for DoA5+, I would love an extra swimsuit for Tina, Christe and Lisa, but more for giving them more variety (having the same swimsuit in the three different colors) than another sexy outfit.
