Yeah, yeah. I know. Just being stupid. I do live "somewhere in Japan". lol

But, that style always kind of annoyed me. Just for purposes of speaking, it has the potential to screw things up for native Japanese trying to lean English. Same with trying to go with "し" as "SI" instead of "SHI".

And don't get me started on how people arbitrarily pick when and when not to spell out Romanized long vowels. lol
