I know that you all have stereotypical arctypes that are followed by anime standards but this is the complete opposite. Haruka is a bully. Helena is justice.

Unlike DOA the SK girls aren't one dimensional. Haruka is Sadistic and manipulative because her parents were really controlling and smothering which drove her insane, but she is also a very oujosama type character like Helena.
Imo, when you take a look at the picture below and check out which costume Kasumi already has, it's pretty obvious which one Phase will get.

And about Rin ... who of the doa cast has purple hair and recently got a short ponytail?

Haruka is the older, rich, ara-ara type. So they gave her outfit to Helena who fits that archtype. Makes more sense to me than giving it to Lisa when the only thing they have in common is that they're both "scientists".
Hoping Phase gets Homura's outfit, it would be cute on her.

Yes, I think that's very likely. After all, Homura is like a dark version of Asuka.

She could be getting Homura's outfit instead of Ayane. Although Ayane and Homura are both rivals and had similar resentment towards the main character. Yeah, Rin is the Crimson Academy teacher who is known as Suzune.

Phase for is not really a rival to Kasumi. That's Ayane's part. However, I've actually no idea about the character relationships in SK, so I just go for the look.

Yeah I think Ayane will likely get Homura since Kasumi and Ayane are rivals like how Asuka and Homura are. Phase 4 I can see getting Yagyu.
Yeah Helena would have looked great with Ryona's outfit. I think NyoTengu will probably get Ryona now.

Just reading what the wikia says Homura not only shares an alternative dark appearence with the main character, but even her story is similar to what Phase 4 hints with her role in DoA5 (a good character manipulated from the evil side for achieving their bad purposes through wrongdoings). More I know that it's not a matter for Doa5LR and so this pack, but Phase 4 and Kasumi are obviously fated to fight between them in the future of the series (so becoming a sort of rivals) until the clone deciding to take the side of the original kunoichi... if this happened even with Homura and Asuka in the SK series as some people seemed to have hinted, then there is really no doubt about who will get that SK outfit.
