Huh? Where do you see terrible textures or Photoshop? They are fine. And that's me saying this, I'm super picky and almost obsessed with finding and complaining about bad textures in DOA5. XD

@RetroMe91 I understand because you wrote it, but if you look carefully you can see how it's very likely the overall quality of the picture to be low, so not the textures in themselves: look the skin of the neck of Nyo - just over her red "collar" - and you will notice even there the low resolution.

Kokoro-yozakura or whatever the gauntlet girls name is. That or the other kimono girl.
None of the others really matchup I think, so anything goes, like Helena.

Hell I found a brand new boxed collectors edition at my local gamestop.

No, SK Burst (3DS), Shinovi Versus (Vita) and the rhythm game Dekamori SK (Vita) were all released in English by Xseed. SK2 for 3DS is coming from them this summer as well.
The only games we don't have are the upcoming Estival Versus (PS3/Vita) and New Wave, the mobile card game.

Speaking of this, I have a prediction.
The pack should be fully revealed in 3 days and should come out in 4. I think that they probably will only tease 2 more outfits, one being one of the Hebijo girls (either later today or sometime tomorrow) and one of the new girls (either sometime tommorow or sometime the day after).
Too bad indeed, considering that the gold tengu mask is awesome, but the cheerleader costume sucks.
I'm not sure if it'd look good on any of the other outfits though.

I originally thought this was a new stage, but I think this is from The Sakura, although idk since The Sakura doesn't have that many green plants/trees though.
I would love if this was a remake of Kyoto In Bloom though.
