Appear to be not ended because missing of the finishing touches on the borders and on the face: I suspect that this in some way related with the fact that the pack "new challengers" actually will include even the swimsuit for the new character (see the black section close to Marie Rose, more they've already announced that the totality of swimsuits in the CE is 18), and for some reasons they could have delayed to complete the picture because still not needing to show this preview (of course I could be totally wrong).

yes like I said before I was hoping they'd slip up and accidentally show the new girl's sketch but they were very careful. She would have been right below Mila's sketch which was also cut off.

Another thing, I suspect that the collages of pictures are not random and so the collection of 2 pack of 4 outfits that we see in this image are actually some of the combinations truly available: for example Aloha & New Challengers (that so would get 8 outfits with the new female) or Ninja & Beach Party.

There are several different styles going on in the art. Compare MR to the Ninja outfits, to the girls in leis/Phase4/Tina/LeiFang, to Momiji/Rachel/Koko/Nyo/Helena/Lisa, which themselves all look different than the more cartoony art from Halloween 2013.
I think it's pretty obvious. TN clearly employees multiple concept artists, each with their own unique drawing styles.

Lol silly me, I realized later that actually we already know the combination of the packs, the link to the site gematsu that someone posted few days ago already talked about the majority of them, and what it said agree with the picutre posted from Team NINJA:
- In North America, pre-orders at GameStop will include the “Ninja” (for Ayane, Hayabusa, Hayate, and Kasumi), and Aloha (for Ayane, Hitomi, Kasumi, and Mila) costume sets. Pre-orders at Amazon and Best Buy will include the “Showstopper” (for Christie, Helena, Lisa, and Tina) and “Beach Party” (for Kokoro, Leifang, Momiji, and Rachel) sets;
- In Europe, pre-orders at GAME will include the “Ninja” (for Ayane, Hayabusa, Hayate, and Kasumi) and “Aloha” (for Ayane, Hitomi, Kasumi, and Mila) costume sets. Pre-orders at ShopTo.net will include the “Ninja” and “Showstopper” (for Christie, Helena, Lisa, and Tina) sets. And pre-orders at Centresoft and independent retailers will include the “Ninja” and “Beach Party” (for Kokoro, Leifang, Momiji, and Rachel) sets;
About the new challengers pack, from other web sources we know that it will be surely available pre-ordering the game through PSN. Still not sure if there will be other ways to get it, by the way we can speculate that one of the combination will include the New Challenger pack together with the Aloha one (as seen in the already mentioned FB picture).
Well, time for me to pre-order from Best Buy.
They'll probably release all of the pre-order costumes as DLC later on lol

You can't judge anti aliasing from their screenshots. They edit them to look better.New screen:
Looks like at least MSAA has been added. Just judging from this particular picture. Obviously FXAA would be preferred, but I can't tell from this screen. I like this screen though.

Seems that I could have been right: in the Rev3games video review featuring Tom Lee the transitions from a match to another that we saw, careful to never show the selection of the fighters in the roster screen, apparently could have been made made because the roster it was already completed in that build of the game
This reviewer mention clearly to have seen and used them:

It's not new. It has been around for about a week. Also, this is a bullshot, a heavily photoshopped one. Here you have the picture in original resolution:
Viewed up close, you can clearly see, they smoothed out everything with a graphics editor (like Photoshop). On Christie's shoulder they went a little over board and on other parts of the picture (Baymans left hand) they forgot about it.
On this screen you can see the photoshopping even better:
Parts are not only smoothed out, but awfully smudged and on other parts of the picture, like Nyotengu's sleeves and fan or the black fabric under Ryu's armpit, you can still see the usual DOA5 jaggies.
In all the unedited pictures and all the videos (even the most recent ones) there sadly was heavy aliasing going on.
