I can agree, however, that the character slot and development resources could have gone into a new DoA character, but I'd rather dwell on the positives and remain optimistic we get a new or returning character added to the cast. If Ein managed to make it in, I have no doubts we'll be seeing Tengu somewhere down the line. I'll start whining when there's actually something to whine about and be happy I get to access new content in the game :rolleyes:

Sega gave all chars models, animation and sounds to TN. So the rest is to improve grafics and adapt moveset to DOA system. Not so much development resources comparing to a brand new character.

Any trailer breakdown yet? I didn't notice anything new for Hitomi or Ein. Christie seems to have a new roll transition though. And I guess by improved tag they meant more tag throws...

I'm not a Hitomi player but I'm pretty sure she has something new at 0:30, I could be wrong, I never use her..

watched the trailer again and did they not add ANYTHING new to Ein as far as moves go? seems like a copy and paste job with the new cb/pb stuff slapped on, its a wonder he wasn't in vanilla DOA5 with the tiny amount of work it must've been to add him

Heheh I how Tengu will look very different, at least with a shorter nose heheh.... :)

He may have some stun property and frame tweaks ..
Believe me .. its not that simple ..

the whole point of the trailer is just to show you that he is still the Ein we all know and love .. (or hate .. lol )

He looks like he plays precisely how I wanted him to (which is the traditional Ein with very few changes). He'll fit into the new game just fine. Now I just hope my WR K is back in...

I like the school uniforms of DoA, but I also agree with the Sailor moon' skirt lenght level for them XD

I remember than from DoA3 to DoA2U they have actually shortened the skirt of the school uniforms (or at least I remember this for Kasumi).

I don't think its shorter, I think it's because its placed higher (way above the belly button) making it look longer but would probably look better if place at pelvic level and cut "sailor moon" short :)
