That's just it. When I uninstalled the game, it wouldn't let me reinstall it, either.

Have you tried a hard boot to the xbox? I find completely shutting it off will fix most problems. Make sure its off and not in sleep mode then try everything again.
Basically what Dr. Snipe said. There's little reason you wouldn't be able to reinstall the game if it's fully uninstalled through the Manage Game menu (start on its tile) but doing a full shutdown by holding the Xbox button on the console should do the trick.
Did you post just to crack a joke about a character we've only seen in silhouette? Even just from her silhouette she looks different than Dural. Aria's eyes glow in the image and she has more clearly defined features as well as actual skin. Dural is just a generic, metal character. Aria will also have her own moveset that will be quite different than the rest of the cast, just going on the new KI.
He also has a dive kick, a super weird follow kick that he sometimes does in midair that looks sorta like Ryu's triple kicks from Street Fighter EX, double fireballs, and some other randomness on top of Jago's normal moves. He's a bastard.

That didn't work, either. I held the button down, saw the green screen with Xbox logo, then tried again. Still nothing.
Don't know what to tell you then man. The absolute last thing you can try is to delete your account from the Xbox (not any of your content, just the profile itself) and then sign back into it. I had to do that once when my Kinect refused to recognize me regardless of what I did. If that still doesn't work you'll have to brave the 1-800-4MY-XBOX line.
My Kinect signs in other people when I'm clearly in front of it already signed in. Wave of the future my ass......it's currently facing a wall mic off if I wasn't afraid of someone breaking it disconnected I'd have it diskinected.

She was announced at the KI panel at Evo actually. They just happened to be live Tweeting it. That image went up slightly earlier than it was announced at a couple official channels. I also don't care about Maya in the slightest but to be fair they already released all of my favorite characters in Season One.
