Leaving DOA due to the mostly basic players

If you think the quality of play is subpar then what are you doing to remedy it? I understand if you want out because of assholes or whatnot but if its simply a lack of skill then build up the people up who are willing.

Agree with what Goarmagon said. There are plenty of people who want to get better at the game. They aren't gonna get better fast if you don't help them out. Plus, if you don't like playing with basic players, there are enough experienced players to play with to date. Leaving DOA because of an overpopulation of basic players seems like a silly reason, to me.

Wait and think for a second, if you leave now who would become the basic player in the future? You or the basic players that have passion for the game?

I mean I suck as well but can I say I will keep on sucking in the future? We all gotta start somewhere and improve from there!

I bet you were one of the basic players before, in fact we all once were and improved greatly later on. So just lend them a hand and help them improve.;)
