DOA5LR List of New Content!

The only male characters included in the series but not playable in DoA5U are Raidou, Bankotsubo, Genra and Shiden.

Considering that the last 2 are characters playable only in the recent Dimensions, and how I doubt that they created a replacement for Bankotsubo only for including him later, the only one remained is Raidou.

By the way there are effectively 2 characters half-scrapped:

1) Kelly: This was a character appeared only in a demo showing a prototype version of DoA for promotional purposes: this character used Muai Thai (and had a facial appearence pretty similar to Jann Lee even if the Kung Fu pratictioner was already planned like it's possible to see in this picture). It's useless to say that he ended to mutate in Zack for the final version of the game

2) Kamui: Well, this is neither a scrapped character, rather a scrapped concept: originally DoAshould include an original ninja guy with this name (not sure if his name was written with the Kanjii used for Naruto's manga ( 神威= ) in that case it would mean "Authority of the Gods"). However a memeber of TN suggested to Itagaki to not use a generic ninja but rather the same Ryu Hayabusa of the original NG series owned by Tecmo and everyone know how the story ended.

i'd freak out if the mystery male Character was Kelly lol, at least it would be a new male character, gosh i remember i was obsessed with this in 2010, i signed up to DOAW and told everyone about it

The soft skin engine seems to work best making the men look better. The women ... maybe but yeah the sudden clevage without any support is stupid.

Improved breast quality and volume is also a thing after looking at videos/screenshots. Budget well spent TN. I still laugh my ass off on what they said in their documentary on how they went about to research exhibitions to obtain high quality breast physics.

In DOAW people are still aksing for Kelly and Kamui.... I respect all the opinions, but in the case of a character that doesn't exist I'm not able to realize how people can be fond of it (sorry XD).

I can't express how much I hate Dynasty Warriors very well because I stutter and cry when I think about how lazy those games are. They represent boredom, repetition and the worst sense of style I have ever seen. I played the third one for Hayabusa and that was the only redeeming quality of the game. The DW outfit for Momiji really scares me. If the Pope could marry, and his woman died, they would dress her in that shit for the open casket.

And as far as new content goes... give Alpha some more fucking colors. Is it that hard??? They do it with all the other outfits, and this would be the easiest thing to do in the world.

DOAN, Kelly is a character that is never existed in the series, I even doubt that TN think that who play to DoA5 knew something about him XD To create a such character basically mean to create a character from nothing, so at this point you can directly to make a brand new one. Definitely is not someone that the fans "will love", neither a "resurrected one" (because technically he had neither the time to die ).

What I get from this is that apparently the two new characters are one male and one female, someone can confirm this ? Female isn't a "ressurection character" while male is. Female has "no black hair". It speaks about "female characterS". WTF I don't get it. And the "soft engine" isn't for PS3/X360.

Air Gear posted about this on DOAWorld. Basically, there will be one male and female character. The female character will not have black hair and be new entirely (High chance it's Irene). As for the male character, he is new and someone everyone would be excited about.

So far we saw the place of 6 new stage in the demo considering even Danger Zone (not sure if there are more locked ones, but I don't think). More we know for certain that the Crimson will be included.

If we want speculate on the stages, I believe that the only sure hint that we have is that we will get 3 stages available even on Tag and 3 available only on Single. This judging by the placement of the icons (three to the right of the dice and three to its left).

If we believe that all the stages will be old ones, I think that the only bet more sure than others is that one of the "Single" will be Aerial Gardens, considering that we saw so much requests for it along all this time. But I have no idea on the other four ones.

PS: About DOATEC HK, the concept of the stage is the same of The Crimson (a medium room that can bring you to a bigger or a smaller one according to an unique choice): not sure if this make DOATEC HK more or less likely to happen.

Oh wow it does look like DOATEC HK. Spot on!

However, what are the odds of TN combining Crimson and DOATEC HK into one stage? They both look a bit similar. You can start at the top the DOATEC tower and depending on your exit, you either drop into the neon sign or land at Crimson. Kills two birds with one stone.

Exactly, what I predicted, but people here were all like: "OMG, it will look so much better!!, trailer and pictures are not PS4!!, reworked character models!!, better textures!!,..." Nope, the enhancements, as we now see, will be only visible at a second glance, just like with all the other cross generation ports.
That "soft engine" though, seems to be some sort of soft glow of the skin. It's similar to what they had in DOA2U on Xbox. Not really a big fan of this, because it looks more unrealistic and plastic like to me.

But if they are going to enhance the game with a softer skin glow and some nicer particle effects, why not rework these damn ugly floor textures. The game would overall look SO MUCH better. *sigh*

I don't get it. I don't see any difference with boobs. Softer (color change with resolution) or moves differently? I realised they move faster than that slow motion DOA5 breasts (If this isn't my imagination of course) but overall they finally got the TTT2 quality breast phsics in terms of motion This is what I see.

This video confirm nice things:

• Nyotengu has all the 9 outfits so it's easy to assume all the DLC charas of 5U will get their complete basick pack (as easily predictable);
• Kokoro has all the outfits from DoA5 and 5+ (http://deadoralive.wikia.com/wiki/Kokoro/Costumes): so should we think that DOA5LR will see included the 81 outfits pack including all the outfits from the first versions of the game? But this will bring the total of the outfits (considering even the new ones for each character and for the two new entries) to an higher number than 300, not that it's a bad news of course [Thanks again to 1111qq for it];
  
• During the fight between Kokoro and Nyotengu, the two characters fall in a level with different danger zones, as the option of DoA1 allowed you to customize your arcade/survival/time attack routes;
• To fall in Danger Zone on the ground passing from a tier to another allow the "big jump" effect on the opponent exactly as this happen falling on the ground after to have lost all the life bar

I confirmed this yes now I see breasts move faster, close to real time. But it isn't that big deal I expected realistic skin. I think they can do this with last gen too I am serious.

People will think I am boob fetish lol actually all I wonder is overall graphic change but all I see is boobs so they just improved boob motion obviously. Again I will say those boobs look weird and unappealing to me like balloons

I expected change like this but disappointed.
