Looks like she's trying to make herself resemble Shao Kahn. Makes sense, plot wise. An Empress of Outworld look.

It is said it'll be more then just one character so perhaps it's a story trailer. Mileena is a shoe in so she should be one of the revealed characters, would love if Tanya was revealed tomorrow as well
