It wasn't official. Shack News, a game review site, was the one streaming. Presumably, they were given an advance copy to review.

It's over now though. It ended about 15 minutes ago.

Hopefully they did, if they didn't want to clash with his glasses option i'd be satisfied with the head wrap not covering his one eye instead of removing it altogether, either way it feels good that Leon's first 100% new and original outfit in 5 is my very own design...completely makes up for him getting shafted for all this time, now to wait for his match vid to see how well it translated into the game

My body is ready right now. The amount of pain I inflict with those outfits increase my offense capabilities by 120%. The costume I submitted for Ghosty and a grand Leon outfit totally makes this incredible. This calls for celebrations.
