Well, for safety...
Bankotsubo had 4K, and the PK, 1PK, and 1PPK versions of it, which were 0 on block, but are now -8 for Nyotengu. Nyotengu also entirely lost the K option out of her 1P string.
Bankotsubo also had the P ender to his H+K string (H+KKP, 2H+KKKP, and 2H+K2KKKP) which was 0 on block, but the last two hits of those strings no longer even exist for Nyotengu.
K was -3 on block and still is.
Bankotsubo had a +21 GB from 6K, and the KK and BTKK versions of it, which has now been changed to +13.
He had a +8 GB from a fully charged 4H+K, which she kept. However, at i49, you probably won't be doing the fully charged version very often. The non-charged, i29-i48 version is now also a +3 GB.
He had a -5 GB from PP6PP which is now +5 for her. The raw version of this attack is 6P+K, which was not a GB for Bankotsubo and was -11. However for Nyotengu, this attack is now also a +5 GB, like the version from that string.
4P and the PP4P version were safe GBs at -2, and are now +12.
Her new 66K attack is -3 on block.
Her new 6P string is safe on the last hit (6PPP) at -5. The first two hits are punishable though.
Her new Hiten H+K attack is a +12 GB.
Her 4P+KP windstorm is -5 on block and pushes the opponent away.
