It seems super unlikely that's what's happened. Logically, they get your IP every time you sign into the game, so it makes little sense to only block those who retweeted a specific tweet.

windows 10 have many problem with older game, but a 2017 game? make no sense.

Yeah okay well I woke up and tried again to figure out what the problem is with it on my PC and how the game wasn't launching but I can't seem to fix it and it still won't launch and I'm just getting the random numbers and letters error. So I'm just going to give up on that. I've been playing the game on my laptop from the start anyway so I'll just continue to play it on that.
Well, whether it actually affects me or not doesn't matter since I'm not playing Xtreme Venus Vacation anyway (not that I don't want to play it, but MGSV alone is eating up a lot of my time as it is, and I want to be done with that game ASAP.).
So, anyways, the third episode of the Luna Event Episode series is called "Cultural Exchange." Well, at least it's not a space-themed title, not directly, anyway. Now, as soon as someone actually posts the full episodes with all the dialogue boxes up, I probably could get started on it. No promises though, since I've got some busy days ahead of me as it is, even without transcribing the New Year's Festival and Pajama Party Event Episodes at the very least (not to mention trying to find the full showing of Mermaid's Favor with all dialogue boxes intact as well as the Character Episodes and the Extra Episodes. Which reminds me, can someone post the full episodes for the last two, or at the very least give me the number of episodes those things have?).

Sorry I can't help when It comes to the uploading the episodes side of things, And cool have you been translating the episodes?
Also @Xerampelinae did you manage to sort out the glitch thing you were having with the outfits not appearing in the gravures?
Pretty much. I had to use Bing Translator primarily, which... well, let's just say it's not ideal (sometimes it seems to mistake "Honoka" for faint, and it ruined Honoka's cheer for Misaki). I've done all the main episodes except for the first main episode (and that's only because there's no dialogue box there), plus the First Rivals Festival and the First Cover Girl episodes. I only have among the episodes I do know about (not counting of course Mermaid's Favor and Messenger from the Moon) the New Years Festival and Pajama's Party episodes. I don't even know how many Extra Episodes and Character Episodes there are (well, besides obviously there being at least nine in the case of the latter), so I can't comment there.

Yeah I've seen that same thing too with google translate.
Honoka becomes "Faint"
Marie becomes "Mary Roose" ( lol )
Nyo becomes "Lady guy" ( shade )
And cool so you've translated the episodes, Do you have the translations for them anywhere? Also I don't know If this would help but there is this youtuber who uploads himself playing the game and there's a lot of parts but the most recent videos have been playing through as Luna got added so you could find the Luna episodes there.
I posted them on Dead or Alive Wiki. As a matter of fact, that was the main reason why I did the translation project in the first place. I did learn a few things from the translations. For one thing, Honoka apparently acted as a support leader for a sports day event at some point in the past, Ayane, Misaki, and Nyotengu seem to think Zack, or at least his statue, is some sort of frivolous god (I'm actually surprised Ayane would not recognize him considering that she did spend a vacation at various incarnations of Zack Island twice before), and apparently Marie Rose actually HATES being mistaken for a child, especially by Misaki (or at least, the translation basically says to that effect "Do not treat children"), even going as far as to request the Owner to dock Misaki's pay. Oh, and also, Honoka apparently looks up to Nyotengu, Misaki seems to have a bit of an awkward moment with Honoka when they're in the changing room, and Marie Rose for whatever reason tended to refer to herself in the third person.
And yeah, I'm familiar with that guy. Unfortunately, he has a lot of the same problems I've had with other YouTube playthroughs of various scenes where they for some stupid reason close down the dialogue box, thus leaving me unable to get a very good look at the dialogue box long enough for my Google Translate App to do its work, OR to identify any Hiragana/Katakana symbols in there for that matter. That's actually the main reason why I specifically requested full video showings of those Event Episodes with the dialogue box up constantly.

I haven't had a problem logging into the game at all, and I retweeted the tweet, too. But, it looks like there was maintenance (and possibly DMM maintenance), so maybe the issue was actually with the player itself, and they're fixing it now?
I unlocked the last episode of the Luna event, but I'm not sure how to record things.

Oh that's cool so you now can see the different outfits in gravures.
And yeah I retweeted it it too and haven't had any problems logging on. ( The PC thing aside but that is a whole other thing and I'm guessing that's just going to stay not working ) But yeah everything with logging on with my Laptop is completely okay so for you hardseppo it might be something like they were updating DMM or something to do with windows 10?
Also I should try to get that final episode of the Luna event as well now. There's still lots of time left though...I just hope that once this Luna event is over that she'll actually become open to everyone.

I wish that I could run on high settings for the game so I could take nice pictures in the gravures. Today's the day that if you logged in every day, you will get the hourglass from Luna.
(And naturally I also hope that Luna will be open to everyone, and she won't forever be stuck behind a pay wall).
I also wish that they would upload more N and R swimsuits just for variety. There are still TONS of bathing suits from DOAX3 that haven't been used yet. My wishlist for this game is actually fairly minor stuff, aside from the missing girls, and even Rio. I just want more low-level suits for variety in visuals since I change around what my girl is wearing all the time. I also want a new loading animation besides Honoka on the volleyball. It's super cute, but I'd just like it to be random. I'd also like actual volleyballs that you can get, like in the other DOAX games.
(And naturally I also hope that Luna will be open to everyone, and she won't forever be stuck behind a pay wall).

Oh yeah I actually forgot about the hourglass. I should hopefully be getting it today, It would be great to be able to run the game at the highest graphics for the same reason, For taking pictures.

(I was thinking when we thought that Luna was going to be a Dynasty Warriors guest character, that we probably will see a Senran Kagura guest character at some point)

And yeah I remember years ago hoping that Niki would become a guest character for Doa5, Clearly though that never happened lol but that might have been because she'd have been out of place there If she isn't a fighter. But she'd totally fit in an xtreme game so it would be awesome to see her get added.
And yeah If they do start adding in guest characters I could see a Senran Kagura girl getting added since SK and DOA seem to do collabs and stuff a lot. I have no idea who they'd choose though. Asuka or Homura would be the obvious choice.
