Not even Ayane the back turned legend has anything like this.

Jann Lee's Dragon Elbow (P+K) turns him into back-facing from the very first frame. This can be used to change the stun animation type Jann is going to receive into a more advantageous or unexpected one, such as an animation that knocks him down, to escape Critical Stun pressure.
This concept is pretty similar to Hayabusa's "handstand escapes" in DOA2U. He could do 2P+K/while rising 4K/4H+K which put him into a juggled+back turned state very quickly. If the opponent hit him during those moves, no big deal, Hayabusa would usually fall to the ground with little health lost.
This tech definitely reinforces the "get off me" purpose of this move.

Let's not forget that P+K itself is not bad. It is a guard break, safe, can potentially Close Hit, has maximum knock back, leads into back turned mixup, leads into wall combo, and is obviously a strike so it will beat tick throw attempts. Both 5P+K and 7P+K are acceptable inputs, for those like me who prefer to guard using 7.

Here are 2 examples of how it can be used to sacrifice some health in order to break the opponent's offence:

TL;DR
P+K is BT since frame 1
