@immi wishing try to use the ink.reshuffle for experimenting with Hayabusa's face free slot I finally got the time for testing it with a replacement of textures: anyway, when I click on "write changes", after to have indicated what files to swap, I got an "[Errno 13] Permission denied" related to the "chara_common.bin" file (same for "chara_inital.bin"); of coure the final outcome is that no replacing happens.
Making some researches, I realized that a such error in python could mean a lack of permission, but I wasn't able to understand about what and how to fix it. Do you have some ideas about?

in these day i modified the marie's hairstyle 003 with loose hair, also Kasumi boss in phase 4, but the head it's completely blue and the body change the colour with the sweat

Here's a mod idea: Omega-152 (thanks to Mr Wah for the inspiration a while back)
Basically you put Ayane's head on Alpha-152's body and jello-fy it. Then you alter Ayane's movelist and framedata so she's completely broken like DOA4 Alpha (ex: she can twirl infinitely, unblockable 236K etc), and modify Alpha's voice clips so she sounds a bit different.
None of this is possible yet but I hope in the future someone can make it happen.
Oh and I'm still waiting on playable Miyako ;_;

Can someone do something with Busa please.
well face animation is very sensitive, so if you use a face animation from one character to another, the face will get deformed or not look the same. using kokoro, it doesn't destroy the face, but it is altered if you compare it to how shes supposed to look.
trying with other characters seem worse
Haven't tried all, but i doubt any character can use her face perfectly
