How hard would it be to re-create Helena's glorious opera dress in DOA5LR ?

I still had some old DOA4 files left on my HDD so I decided to have a go at trying to import this into DOA5. Here is a test but again I'm having the same issue, for some reason it's not recognised that it's attached to the body have I done something wrong? :S

I do in my legacy pack the helena opera dress, i don't know why the costume has some problems with the texture... also in doa5lr noone girl has a close skirt (like helena opera dress)

To make room for @KasumiLove 's mod, I combined 2 mods to toggle with detail. the shadow problem I had before has been solved
