Name: Kimiko

Nationality: Japanese

Age: 18 (first year in college)

Occupation: Student

Sex: Female

Height: 5'4"

Weight: Secret

Fighting Style: Akido/Karate (Ki manipulation ability is present)

Tag Partners: Nyotengu (rivalry with Byakutengu), Hitomi, Kasumi, Zack (unwillingly), Eliot, Ein
Appearance: Short in stature, has long, black hair tied into twin pigtails, hetero-chromatic eyes (one is red, the other is brown), wears a "KO" eye-patch over her red eye (the left one), wears a navy blue blazer with navy blue skirt with red ribbon tie and red ribbons in her hair, black thigh-highs and black flats (shoes) (drawing will come later).

Personality: Naive, hopeful, depressed, pessimistic at times, and an unhappy individual (as per the curse on her red eye)

Bio: A young college student, Kimiko also comes from a long line of martial artists trained in Ki manipulation to enhance one's physical strength. While there are many characters who do this, Kimiko's Ki manipulation is much more free form and not tied to any one technique. She got her abilities through years of training since she was 6 years of age. Her red eye, however was acquired recently as a result of a curse laid on her by a rogue Tengu, whom she unknowingly angered (the tengu's name is Byakutengu), causing people who see her red eye to run away in fear, leading to her being socially isolated. One day, Kimiko sees Byakutengu again and pleads with her to remove the curse on her eye, as the lack of socialization made her depressed and unable to hold decent conversations, which really impacted the way people viewed her, most people viewed her negatively and refused to associate with her.

However, after pleading with Byakutengu, she heard Kimiko's cries and made a deal with her. "I am going to find a certain Tengu bitch I know and defeat her. However, if you defeat me in the tournament she ran off to, I'll remove your curse." She said before disappearing into the skies, headed to where the Dead or Alive tournament is being held. With new determination and a glimmer of hope, Kimiko headed off to the DOA tournament to try and get her curse removed, and so begins Kimiko's story...

INTROS:
(VS Byakutengu) "You'd better keep your promise!"
(VS Zack) "You're weird... Please stay away from me..."
(VS Brad Wong) "I think you've had too much to drink, sir."
"Please don't be afraid of me!"
"I hope we fight fair."
"I promise not to hurt you too much..."

VICTORY:
(VS Byakutengu) "Hey! Where are you going?! We had a deal, you jerk!" *pouts, then falls to her knees and cries*
(VS Zack) "Hello? Police? Yeah, I just beat up a molester! Come quick!"
(VS Brad Wong) "Need he- Ew! Your breath smells like booze!"
"One day, my curse will be broken!"
"Sorry! You're not hurt too badly are you?!"
"Please don't tell my dad... He'd get really mad at me."

hmm i like the idea but how about u make her a korean student a different nationality would be better :) and how about she get loose black hair and the bottom of her hair is dark red it would be nicer but its just my opinion sorry if you dont like it ohh and by the way how about her tag partners would be ayane kasumi hitomi leifang zack brad wong ryu and nyotengu ooh and one last thing how about her name is su mae

I like her name. A 17 year old Japanese high school student seems a bit too generic for me, though. I would give her another occupation and increase her age (around 20) and perhaps even change her nationality.

I find her backstory very intriguing and original though, the way you describe it really interests me in learning more about her. I would definitely buy her if she was made a real character.

In that case the fighting style has to be changed from Karate to Tae Kwon Do,since that's the fighting style that mainly belongs to them,however,she should have her own Tae Kwon Do style.

Gotta agree with the other people,she should be older than 17,like 20-25,and she should have a job,but in the rest,the idea of the character is extremely good,I think that she should have an intro against Hayabusa and/or Momiji though.

Well why tae kwon do though ? Zack has a fighting style from an other country too i think she Should have aikido as fighting style because its a fighting style doa doesnt have

I changed her into a college student. I know it's a rather small change, but I can see where you're coming from, high school being generic and all that. I also believe that only Lei Fang and Hitomi are college students, so adding one more wouldn't hurt.

True,I was just thinking about other Korean characters that have that fighting style only(Juri from SF uses it,Hwoarang from Tekken uses it,them being both Korean),although,it's true that in this game Rig uses the said style.However your suggested style(aikido) is a really good choice for this thought out character.

well i just want a new fighting style the same fighting styles bore me
