Oh I never played video watched game videos of it on YT. Most of the music I don't like in SK except normal stage ones since they tend to not be memorable

This is an example of a memorable song imo

It's nice, has a bit of ethnic flair, and its a pretty dark and twisted theme imo which I enjoy

Yeah I like her theme too. Very European. ( Which is kinda strange since isn't she Japanese but whatever I know they were going for that high class vibe lol.

And I just listened to Ayane's theme and okay lol it's great too.

Ayane's theme is fine, but like the others it doesn't have a memorable style and it kinda sounds soft imo, thats one thing that hinders the BGM, most of it is too soft and not memorable. And I'm no scrub...ive invested more time into SK XD

Ryobi's theme is great too, and Ikaruga's is imo the heaviest track in the game ☆.☆

Wait really? You think Ikaruga and Ryobi's are the "heaviest"? ... maybe... I'll be over here with Yagyu's and Naraku's though. :p

It's gonna be great when SK7 comes out for themes. Since it's a new main game I hope every character get's a new theme, Especially girls like Yuyaki and whoever else is new since they don't have a theme yet. A shame PBS didn't have themes but oh well.

Also yet again I'm listening through EV's soundtrack lol. Shiki's is actually pretty good too. It's European sounding too which makes sense since she's half Romanian.

Speaking of Shiki...this picture of her is everything☆☆☆

I love Shiki, I was kind of creeped out by her win pose when I was younger but I like her bodysuit and heels and how she looks in general, plus her voice dissonance is something else XD

Omg! 0_0 lol I wasn't expecting that. But yeah Shiki is cool lol. I like her random valley girl type personality and speech and her running an online blog. :p Out of the Gessen girls she's the best I'd say.

Minori I also like too and Yumi of course, I think the only one I hate is boring ass Yozakura >.> she's so.... obtruse. That and just plain boring, her missions were always a slog

Omg lol yes! XD If ever there was a poll for the most bland ass character in the SK universe then Yozakura would be winning that by a landslide. no contest. Her design doesn't help with how dull and boring that is too. And then there's her fighting style which might be the most sluggish style in the game. O_O She wasn't interesting in the story either.

Now that would be a poll lol. "Most boring ass bicht award 2017"

hmm... I just saw that SK 2 deep crimson is £25 on Nintendo Eshop. For Burst I'm completely holding off on getting it and instead waiting for the remake that's coming out. But for SK2 I don't know If or when they'll make a remake ( although I'm guessing they will remake it too now, If burst remake does well anyway. ) so I don't know If I should just get SK2 or hold off until it gets a remake too? :/

It doesn't really help that I prefer the new gameplay more than the look of the old 3DS gameplay and obviously the remake will have more content and better graphics... An SK2 remake is probably a couple years off though If they even make one.

Is there anyone else that hasn't played Burst that's waiting for the remake as they're first experience of it?

I have played ot and the more i think about the changes, the more interested i am in trying it out.

As for a deep crimson remake, i want to see one made as well. The gameplay changes wouldn't be too big compared to burst and it would be interested to fight yomas with estival versus gameplay.

Also, is Re:Newal a worldwide release? I heard it might be asia exclusive which would not make sense.

O_O lol don't tell me its actually only an Asian release. It got a February date for Japan at least but well have to see for other countries. I thought maybe they knew that there's a fanbase in the west so hopefully they bring it out here.

And yeah for The crimson remake I was think of those bosses. Fighting the yoma would be amazing. Not sure what they would do with the yoma fights but it would be cool to see.

Yeah it's coming to the west, they'll just release it months later for localized places although it shouldn't take long since they already have the game localized on 3ds. I'm assuming they'll just use the same dialogue and perhaps update voice clips

In the Hanzo story, the final boss is actually the yoma Orochi so if you never played the 3ds games and always wanted to fight yomas, you will get your chance. It was honestly not that hard of a fight but given the change in gameplay, it may be adapted from the same fight from deep crimson. You even get to fight it as the FIRST enemy for the Hebijo story, its not even the tutorial. The final level for the Hebijo story takes place INSIDE Orochi but you dont get to fight it.

I'm playing the hipster dlc in deep crimson and it's annoying as shit. I almost feel like I'm missing something, is it normal to fail like 10 times on the bosses lol

Keep getting hit when you think you shouldn't? That tends to happen for the dlc. I found that using melee attacks destroy incoming projectiles so its useful when bosses shoot several shots at a time. Hibari has the best attack for this since she can still move when attacking.

Basically what P2 said. Melee attacks destroy projectiles and do lots of damage, so spam the living shit out of them. Also, later bosses cover their weak point when they're not attacking, preventing your projectiles from doing any damage, but melee attacks can completely ignore their defenses.

I never knew bosses had weak points. I never even bothered using melee attacks on them, all I ever did was stay at the bottom left of the screen and keep shooting the bosses until they die.

I realized that dot is where your hurtbox is and that helped a lot. Also it seemed like Hibari and Yagyu have the only good melee attacks lol trying to hit projectiles with Kat or Asuka just resulted in me being hit by them
