I never played that one nbut I did play as her a bit in SC4... And promptly stopped when I kept accidentally jumping over my opponent into the ring out! Her design was cool though but I wasn't sure why her hair was white in her alternate outfit.
I know why, SC4 was basically fan service galore and her second outfit was designed to revolve around the popular dark skin, white hair loli furry type fetish. She went all out in trying to touch upon every type of fetish and kink in SC4 honestly, virtually all the costumes in the game were based from some type of popular type of niche.

Yeah I guess I could believe them doing that, Voldo is clearly the bsm type stuff cause his outfits... Are on another level of insanity. Hallelujah then for the cas though since atleast if you like a character but not their clothes you can just change them.

That's what I did for pyrrah in SC5. I love her 1P outfit, but I don't really like the matted looking shoulder length it was and I'm not that fond of the boots, so I gave her blonde long fairy curl hair and the short mini Chinese dress with heels and bangles and that's what I've been maining so far. Such simple changes can really go a long way! :-D

Yeah I liked Taki but thought her outfit was... tacky so I gave something more actually ninja like and then enjoyed playing as her more. It was a shame that you couldn't cas the bonus characters, but I guess I understand from the standpoint that they're specifically designed that way.
I would've loved to at least use their parts, like I would've used Shura's ponytail and Angol Fear's shoes. They need to really canonize their stories do actually fit in the SC universe, I remember when I was 9 and I actually thought they were official, but in was baffled on why I could edit them. XD

Cool! I'd actually never thought of making a gyaru type character but that could be really unique. I'll have to try the next time I play SC5.

Editing recolours is probably my favourite part of namcos fighters.
I got bored, so here's three more of my recent creations. I was on some serious creative streak with the first two:
And yeah...I'm holding off on gyaru for now. Finding the right dark skin tone is hard enough, but also finding the right shade of blonde, makeup, and additional accessories is demanding, I literally gave up like five minutes into it. XD

I haven't played SC5 yet but when ever I do I'll be sure to try to make a gyaru one. Your cas are cool too! 
Thank you! I may have to look up a certain formula for making one, I want her to look dark without actually looking African american, and it's hard finding the right shade of blonde for darker skin. I wish Zasalamel was in the game, I could actually use his skin tone for reference, plus he was one of my favorite characters

I think you can get really good dark skin tones if you switch the saturation level to 0. I always go for the shades in the bottom left corner and they look good. I almost never use any saturation for my cas cause I like the more muted colours.
I wish I could take pictures of my cas but I can't sadly. That's a minor thing that will be good with SC6, it will be very easy to post pictures of my cas.
