I know what they are, but indipendently from the tastes of each one they deserve to be in the game if TN rewarded for a such status - and not for other reasons - the top of the first contest (and of course the same would be valid for eventual future ones).
The two contest got opposite outcomes, would be logical to suppose that as the majority of the voters of the first contest liked the winners of the first and disliked the ones of the second, the same is true for the viceversa (and so the presence of Eliot and Marie Rose's outfits equally doesn't particularly excite the overseas partecipants of the Halloween design).

I don't think it would be fair that only the Top 3 contest winners from the Halloween contest would get a costume when the old Halloween DLCs got costumes for everyone (males and VFs included).

I believe there is no ass window, the backside show Kasumi's ass only to give a view on the panties details, indeed on the side next to it you can see the back of the 'dress skirt".
But usually this kind of details should happen on the minor drawings on the sides, with the main backside showing the outfit as effectively appear. Very likely the author switched this concept for helping the popularity of the drawing.

I don't think, just because the top 2 (or more) of the first contest were recreated, this now has to apply to all other costume contests... Team Ninja should and probably will do how they see fit.
I also don't think, it's logical at all to assume, all Japanese hate the first contest's winners, just because many in the West had a problem with the second contest's winners.
It's just black panties on a lusciously detailed derriere.

You misunderstood me, I wasn't saying that only the winners of the contest should become DLC (even because TN never promoted it but just the opposite). In my post I meant that if TN decided to make available even the top 3 because they are the winners of the contest (and so theoretically should be able to satisfy the majority of the voters in that challenge that showned to love overall them), then the same should happen for the Halloween one.
Talking specifically about the Halloween DLC, of course I expect that all the characters will get a themed outfit, so if this shouldn't be a fan design then an original one from TN.

Like I said my reasoning is to apply if TN realized Eliot and Marie Rose because winners of the first contest.
If you was the author of Ayane's succubus what would you think knowing that TN choosed Eliot's one because the winner of the first contest (again, this has to be the reason behind), but then not your one?
Indeed I never talked of Japanese fans (I'm far from doing the same silly generalizations that I read from various fans on FB) but always specifically of the partecipants (with this I meant overall the voters not the authors) of the second contest (that for same statement of TN were for the majority Eastern ones).

You said this more times, but a such reasoning don't led anywhere. They are the official winners and we have to base our assumptions on it: if what you say is true, there is no point in making requests to TN because a such behavior would go just against that principle...
Btw, we can't be neither sure of the legit status of a governmental election...

Team Ninja faced quite a negative backlash by Western fans over the voting results of contest Nr. 2... I wonder, if Team Ninja will hold another contest in the near future (or if they wouldn't dare to) and if they do, if they will again have the voting on their site or go back to Facebook or maybe decide themselves, who the winners are.

Well that was the exception but I had to include it b/c it's my favorite. XD
Edit: On another note, now that we've seen Hitomi get a short hairstyle I wonder if they will give P4 the recommended short hair cut she gets with synce's outfit (since I think there's a pretty good chance she will get that one).
