The guys in general got a lot of shirtless costumes by default to be honest (specifically Jann Lee) but if we are talking about the costume entries, Rig's been portrayed shirtless in a lot of them.

I don't see much of the sexy portrayed onto the other guys apart from Rig though.
Maybe because especially you were expecting/hoping for more. I was surprised and thought many were in one way or the other sexualized.
As a random example: Jackies only two costume designs are sexualized to me: One basically shirtless with really tight jeans and one some male maid costume.

Not really. In all honesty, Rig isn't the first guy to come into my mind about getting sexualized especially if most of the stuff in his wardrobe contained very tamed outfits in general. It's like tables have been turned between him and Ein (who only got 3 entries but conservative ones).
Things like tight jeans are rather subtle to be honest. Negligible if anything but I see your point.

As much as I would want a fresh new batch of Fighter Packs, I doubt there's going to be one but it would be nice to try asking for one again only for Jacky, Ein and Leon to have one or for all of the guys to get a new one.

When the guys get wet you can still see their bodies underneath, the thing is most of the guys don't have buttoned shirts or light colored clothing like Bayman's polo shirt. TN were able to give the rest of the 5U exclusive characters their very own Santa costume and the NG girls are getting cheerleader outfits soon. Regardless of sales figures, I think it's just fair that Jacky, Ein and Leon should have what they lack.
