lol. XD I think it would be awesome if one day TN could make a create-a-character contest. To avoid getting massive amounts of texts attached to each character it can only include:
1) Name (obviously :p)
2) Drawn concept of character in C1 (and C2 if they'd like although it's optional)
3) Fighting Style
4) A brief (no more than 3-4 sentences) explanation of why they're entering the DOA tournament and any of the current characters they know if it's applicable.

How do you figure if TN is very strict about what must be included otherwise they won't accept it?

TN could handpick maybe the top 5 concepts for fans to vote on. That way it will be a character that they are at least comfortable developing regardless of what the votes end up going towards.

well first i doubt anyone in the community knows to make a balanced character (that at least coincides with the rest) and more than likely it would cause frustration among the creator and TN for removing moves or altering their character and blah blah blah

Sorry I should have been more clear. Under fighting style they literally only put what it's called, not their moveset (maybe that can be another contest afterwards like create-a-move contest for the winning character. lol). Basically you create the character's appearance and brief background and TN does the rest.

now THAT sounds interesting :p and yea the create-a-move contest was cool they need to do that again

yeah, you just give them the concept, they do the balancing.

Bridal attire isn't the most disturbing thing a Loli could wear either. Tecmo already did it in Dynasty Warriors anyways nbd.

Yes, I had realized what was the problematic matter, don't worry =)

By the way in defense of the artist, judging by his/her fan arts about Marie Rose (and other characters) always cute and "sober" and never oriented to fanservice (https://twitter.com/shinnichi_eye/media) I'm really sure that his/her intention was only to give a cute elegant and not necessarily gothic outfit to Marie Rose, with no hidden intention to give her an outfit for satsfing a sexual preference. The only time that he/she depicted Marie Rose' panties was just for the design, and the choice of the lingerie it's very likely only because the most proper vestiary for a such outfit.

But sadly I think that you are right when you think that the thing could be easily misinterpreted.

I'd be down for a contest like this, I'd love to submit my Yanki female idea in. do any fighters even have Yanki sin them? DOA could be a first.

Guess Tecmo doesnt really see a problem with child bride, but i agree with the white outfits shiro lolita is pretty rare today but it still exists as a substyle and would could look really good on MR.
