Ok, I think I figured out why they started reuploading stuff twice. At first they were all going into an untitled album. The reuploads are going into a "Designer Challenge" album that also has the rules posted.

Isn't it because they are doing it in alphabetical order? Normally when you upload a pic on an empty album, the very first pic you put up is going to be the default of the album no? I could be wrong here.

I mean, did you see the ayane one? there's like 3 accounts with the same name with only the first name that's different, but the last names are completely the same with all 3 liking the same pic.

Yes, they upload entries for the characters in alphabetical order, but they never get past Hayabusa or so and keep repeating this over and over with every new album. Now they started the seventh.
