They don't, because TN won't have the time for that...but I can sense a shit storm coming, when others on Facebook are pissed about certain designs winning or not winning and they will probably play detective and start throwing with mud and accusing others of unfair voting.

I wished TN would tell something like: "If you vote for more than three times in each file, none of your vote will be valid."
... but there is not any warning. Just a "you have to". Not sure it is very dissuasive.
A lot of people will just do what they want.
