Well dude the costume is a reference to something cool and nothing dumb. I rather have him rock something from when rap is good to now. I mean it's better than getting a costume looking like Rick Ross, 50 cent, or Lil Wayne. Zack new gears reminds of run DMC. You know a good rapper, not a shitty one.
It's not the outfit itself I had a problem with (As you already read above). I actually like the new outfit and would love to see more of them, they're something I think Zack should have had more in the beginning. Like his DOA3 C2 and C4 which I actually really liked.
Well clown suit is TN piss poor attempt at being funny. The ailen suit is iconic and been around since DOA 1, so it gets a pas even though I feel while it funny and good to troll someone it's still kind of stupid and I prefer for more serious costumes. I don't think you're racist for asking that though. You have a good point, but dude look like Tina one of her costume is base off of a WWE Diva who had a wrestling career that wasn't even on par with some of the great women wrestlers.
The Alien suit was always silly but what I liked about it was in the older DOA games it acted as a camouflage that changed color like a chameleon in whatever stage he was on. White on the snow stage, purple on Loralei, black in the danger room. It was an iconic even if nonsensical outfit for Zack and had an effect cool enough to make me want to pick it, which I did a good bit when I played Zack.
Now it's just a lazy one color outfit that looks ridiculous and made further ridiculous by Zack's new character in DOA5. The imagination and wonder was taken out of the outfit. The thing that made you appreciate it. Now he just looks retarded. Don't even get me started on the clown suit. Despite not liking Zack, I respected him in the older games.
Hayate has good costumes?his shit is mega boring. and one of his DLC costumes is just his C1 from DOA4, but he's shirtless. Man that's original.
Let's see...
C1) Basic battle suit, gets kinda boring and a bit generic but less generic than his DOA3 and 4 C1s and actually looks cool.
C2) His basic and Iconic outfit, this is honestly really boring but for it's alright for people that like it.
C3) His red ninja outfit. Now it's boring to me only because we've seen it since DOA3 when he appeared. It was actually a pretty cool outfit when I first saw it and I'd be more interested if we got the green version of the outfit we had in 3. Chances are you'd have to PAY for it today though as DLC. gg TN.
C4) His Shiden outfit, maybe it's boring to most but it's easily my favorite of his 4 outfits. It's got a good color scheme, is interesting to look at, slightly different from his generic battle suits and is I think a throwback to Shiden which is cool.
Then you have his new ninja outfit which is just epic, I'd like some casual stuff too but this is decent. It's not the best selection of outfits but it's definitely better than what he had in 3 or 4 which was my point.[/quote]
