To be honest, I agree that the new characters are underwhelming (from a design standpoint), Shaheen aside. IMO the last great new character introduced was Dragunov in T5DR. All went to hell when Lars and Alisa came in. And as far as aesthetics are concerned, I'm sick that most of the cast's default outfits have not been redesigned since T5. I mean, Paul looks like he's been wearing the same smelly red gi since 2005. Ling's just got colorswapped from pink to orange, Law just colorswapped dark green for gold, etc. I'm all for customization, but that doesn't mean just recycle stuff and let players do the rest when they earn fight money. There aren't even default P2 outfits anymore. No wonder casuals say it looks like T6. Visually, the characters appear like they did in T6 and that's just sad.

His new design is frickin wierd to be honest. Loving his new moves though, sweep out of teleport and launch wr should be interesting.

My SRK analysis

- Appears to have a lot more moves
- f3+4 = Power Crush
- The first two hits of ws11 cancels into his spin.
- At the beginning of the video, he did some... kind of move that caused a launch state. I can not tell what kind of notation that is.
- Has a new move that causes him to swing his sword, initiating a Screw Attack on mid air opponents.
- Has a brand new move out from his Flea Stance, that appears to have crush properties.
- I do not believe it was possible to walk backwards during Flea Stance as demonstrated in the video.
- Has a new sword based move that appears to be plus frames on block
- BT2 causes Screw Attack
- Due to the fact that BT2 causes Screw Attack, that means ws12 would also do the same
- Seems to have another should attack... it is either a stand alone move or it is a follow up after f3+4.
- Appears to have a new launcher that goes into his helicopter stance.
- 23 string is a Screw Attack
- ... Cool looking Rage Art

Hm... So far only slight upgrades of lighting, shaders, sweat and dirt effects. I hope, they change the complete character models for the PS4 version. They're imho much too low polygon as of now.
