It's common knowledge that games, and fighting games in particular, call for good reactions. Please test your reaction times and post the results here, for comparison.

I'll start, I'm over 30 so I'm slower already, and I believe my times are subpar:
0.23-0.25 on average.
EDIT. okay, not even that good, I did it again for verification, and the average was 0.254.

You often have to deal with false starts and all sorts of other things in a real situation.

I'm pretty poor, I hover around .25s, which is an average after practice... I've seen people slower than me, but tbh I don't know if I should really call myself poor or just average.

I'm sure your times will get better with practice Just concentrate, keep your finger ready and stare at the lights intently. It could also be (sorry if I sound patronising) that your brain hasn't yet fully developed, if you're only 16.

My best average was a .2348, without any results that were accidental. It genuinely seemed like holding my breath as I did them made me react faster...
