Duh, it's not Kasumi "Possible Spoiler Alert" remember in the Declaration Trailer she was wearing black and fighting along side with Hayate, Ryu H. and Ayane.

Something tells me that Donovan will not be the boss again just behind the scenes and we'll end up fighting Alpha 152 again with some new moves for the 3rd time=Lame

Edit: on the Declaration trailer go to 2:00 min and you'll see the "real" Kasumi wearing the new black suit standing along with the other ninjas.

Like Team Ninja said before, Kasumi is the face of DoA. There's no way they'd kill her off. But if they did, DoA's pretty much done for in the eyes of casual players. Kasumi is pretty much nothing less than an icon now.

Yeah characters can be "killed off" as far as story, but they can always be there as playable characters. Did Kasumi alpha get killed in dimensions? thats probably her.

Those chars were replaced by someone similar or brought back in some capacity. Chars are almost never completely removed forever.

Rumor says costumes are unlocked after playing Arcade mode, unfortunately, there's no rumor for each character having their own end movie. So there's only 1 movie ending at the end of Story Mode, but changes slightly depending on the character?

Characters get more screen and story time though. Don't know what a random CG does but drain resources.
